Topic: Does HDSPe output WC when synced to MADI IN ?

If a HDSPe MADI is synced to the clock on the MADI IN, does it regenerate the clock and send it to the WC OUT ?  or does it only output clock when it is received via WC IN ?

WC Out is always active.
