I have a hypothetical situation.

Say I have 3 multiface units, each with their own HDSP card and then to maximise the I/O each Multiface has an additional 2 channel SPDIF converter connected, that can only sync via optical or coaxial

How do I go about syncing clock with everything? Can I link the multifaces with wordclock and then sync the 2 channel SPDIF units with coaxial or optical?
