RME TotalMix FX 1.07

I can only use one standalone soft synth at a time.

If I open a standalone synth and assign a midi channel, it works fine.

When i try to load a second soft synth, I am unable to assign a midi channel to the second soft synth.
The 1st soft synth continues to work fine..

This only happened after a clean install. Before the clean install I was able to use multiple standalone soft synth with no problems.

Is there a setting that allows multiple soft synths? or can anyone suggest a solution.
I installed the latest driver.
