Re: HDSP 9652 - driver 4.38 install problems

Hi Daniel

Thanks for your fast reply
I work with windows 7-64bits
I install like the others updates.I simply install the driver and its ok.
But with this driver (4.38), the installation tell me that its ok,  but i can't open the control panel of RME and Totalmix.
In Device manager the RME 9652 appears with a yellow signal and tell me that the card don't have driver.

I have try uninstall my 4.36 driver ---restard the pc --- and install the new driver ( 4.38 ) and its the same.
I Hope you understand my explanation.

Best Regards

Does it work if you install 4.36 again? Is the card's firmware up to date?

Re: HDSP 9652 - driver 4.38 install problems

Your Windows 7 seems not be be up to date with the latest certificates. Driver 4.37 and 4.38 no longer use the certificates that we used before because they expired. You have to update your Windows 7 or use driver 4.36 (btw, with a HDSP9632 there is no reason to update anyway).

And just to make this clear up-front: I was able to install driver 4.38 under Windows XP SP3, without doing anything special.
