Topic: Babyface Pro FS Headphone Output (6,35mm) Crackling Noise

Hello,

recently i noticed a unmistakable crackling on the 6,35mm headphone output of my babyface Pro FS.
The crackling seems to be relative to the amount of data transmitted trough the lan network apdater on my desktop...
The crackling dont happen on the smaller 3,5mm headphone output.
Maybe a hardware fault with the babyface or any ideas?

Sure the headphone adapter is not faulty ?
Is it a screwing one ?

But i already tried different headphones, adapters and so on. Always same behaviour...

Before sending the unit back I would try to sort out this network adapter.
Try the unit on a different computer.

I have different other usb-interfaces (also cheaper) without this problem. It seems that there is some interference current leaking to the headphone-out.
But only to the 6,35mm jack. I dont know if i can take this drawback with an interface in this pricerange. sad
On a different computer theres no problem but should i blame my network adapter for this? Other interfaces working without problems.

This points to a defective output, in this case I would send the unit in for an inspection.
