Topic: ARC USB sometimes drops connection to TM OSX Montery

Dear RME-ians,

I try to sort out what it means when ARC USB stops responding, all snap buttons are off, there's no connection to TM, except bottom TALKBACK is dim lit, bottom SPEAKER B is dim lit, and bottom right DIM is flashing between dim lit and off (say 2sec on, 1sec off).

I need to reboot computer to reestablish the connection.

Any thoughts? It's in a USB hub by the way.

Oh I just note if I unplug from hub and replug the ARC USB works again also.
Def suspect it's the hub. Do you agree?

yes, hubs can cause problems. what interface are you using? and it's the only RME device?

Using Digiface USB as only device. Dropout of ARC USB is rare but in the last few weeks every 3 or 4 days. Other than the hub would have no clue what would be causing this.
