Topic: UFX+ ii - W10 crashes with TB wifi adapter disabled or disconected

Hello good morning,
I am posting to see if you can help me about  what could be causing a problem that I am having and is quite annoying and a little absurd.

The problem is that everything works perfectly, but if the Wi-Fi adapter is disconnected or disabled, the audio starts to fail and Windows crashes, so I have to do a hard power off.

I don't know what relationship there may be between the internal WiFi adapter and the Thunderbolt device. I have tried different drivers, power settings, etc., but the problem continues.

This happens with the WiFi adapter, with the Ethernet adapter there is no problem.

The only thing I can assure is that the problem is with the computer, not with the interface, since connecting another brand  audio interface to the same port shows the same problem

I tried even remove wifi adapter and problem persist, till reinsert wifi adapter and connect it.

If you know what could be causing it, any suggestions, I would appreciate your help.

Check for BIOS or system driver updates.
Or try USB WiFi.

Hi,
Unfortunately, it didn't work.
I'm afraid something is wrong with my thunderbolt board/chip,

Thanks anyway, best regards
