Hello,

12Mic-D + DAD AX24 connected via MADI to the RME:

My 12Mic-D is a slave to my DAD AX24 via worclock. How can I ensure that the DAD is MasterClock in the DANTE controller, given that only the RME is visible there (the DAD via MADI obviously does not appear)?

You should make the 12Mic-D "Preferred Leader" in its clock settings. Along with "Sync to external" and MADI selected, that would usually ensure that the DAD remains Master Clock for the entire Dante network. Unless a second preferred leader comes into the network with sync to external active - I believe then you can't make sure.

Ok thanks, that's the answer I was thinking of but wasn't sure. This is my current configuration so everything is ok.
