Topic: UFX+, 12mic and RME Connector Issues

Hello,
  I have a UFX+, 12mic(AVB).  I have been using MADI optical via a thunderbolt 2 connection for a few years. The earlier RME MIDI Remote AVB worked fine.  My Mac is/was a 2018 MBP.  I now have a M1 MBP.

I can connect via the web browser- no problem- but the RME Connector APP- no luck.  I don't seem to understand how to post images on this post either LOL- below is a link to screenshots

I'm using a dropbox link for screen shots- there are three shots 1. connector window 2. Browser remote 3. USB Settings

I forgot to mention that I'm trying to use the USB3 connection vs the Thunderbolt 2.  between my computer and UFX+

I plugged in my 2018 MBP with a TB2 connection and the system works..  I opened up the older RME MIDI Remote AVB and connections were made. I can control the 12mic through the remote app....

I'm not sure what the disconnect is between the USB3, M1 and remote app.....

Have you selected the correct MIDI ports in the RME Connector app settings? MADI optical should be MIDI port 3 on UFX+
