I did the update. The MIDI control option is activated via the RME setup, but the ADI 2 Remonte ADI24 Pro app is disconnected.
What do I need to do to establish a connection between the app and the RME?
The advantage of this app is that you can fine-tune the EQ settings from your sofa while listening to the music (if I've understood correctly).
• Restart ADI-2 after the update.
• USB connection from PC / iPad with ADI-2 Remote app, to ADI-2?
• Try a different, short USB cable.
I'm going to try with a short cable, but in this case I have to be 50cm from the RME, the REMONTE loses its interest. impossible to play with the EQ from my sofa between my speakers?
i bought a short 80 cm cable and it still doesn't work. my PC is running Windows 11. is it compatible with your application?
What firmware number is shown when you start ADI-2 DAC?

I tried it with a PC windows 10 cable length 5 meters and it works fine.
what's wrong with mine?

If it is Windows: Which version of MADIFace is installed?
USB connected directly or via a hub / docking station / ...?
You need besides latest firmware also MADIface driver, please read the prerequisites, e.g., here:

All working fine here with MADIface driver 0.9833.
Regarding cable length, up to 5m for USB2 according to standards ..
on the second pc windows 10, 32 bits (lent by my wife)
cable connected to USB input

As you see in my posting RME has a certain requirement for minimum release of MADIface driver.
So you should tell which _version_ of MADIface driver you have installed, not a date ...
