Topic: HDSP9652 muliti card control panel settings

There is a SAC rig out on the road with Tesla and has a WC issue.
I'm in contact with the FOH

2 HDSP 9652 into 5 Aphex pres

Seems like he got it sorted out (the 9652's expansion card ribbon cable came loose per the link above).  Nice setup!

An old question

If you have 2 HDSP9652 with one being the master and #2 in auto sync, do I need a coax to come from card #1 WC out to card #2 WC in and then from WC out of card #2 on to the pre-amps using "T"

Or

Come from card #1 to the other card and pre-amps using "T"

Or do I not need the coax and just let the second card sync internally?
