Topic: HDSPe AIO works at 48k, but not 441

Hi all.

W7 Ult 64 SP1, fully updated. HDSPe AIO PCIe, driver vers: 412 (is that the latest - where do I find the latest drivers?)

When the card is set to 48k via the DSP settings, all works as expected. When the card is set to 441k, I still have audio in Cubase, but no audio elsewhere (web, playing audio files from my HDD with a 3rd party app, such as WinAmp, VLC).

Was hoping someone can tell me what it is I am missing?

Thanks in advance.

The Sound control panel where you have to set the AIO as default playback device.

Thnaks.

Ok, I just had a look at the sound  control panel - I no longer see Analog (1&2) as I once did, in the  playback tab. It's there in the recording tab.

Where'd it go?

It's called Loudspeaker.

I don't see anything called Loudspeaker.

I did, however, see Analog (1&2) - or at least I think I did...

I do have something called Speakers. That is in fact set to default device.

Problem solved. I loaded a prior image, and it's fine. Not sure what happened, tho...

Thanks!

Maybe you did disable the WIndows Audio service!?
