Topic: A problem with USB-Midi control of XTC with last release drivers

Hello! There is a problem with USB-Midi control of XTC with last release drivers (driver_usb_win_1097.zip and driver_madiface_win_09590.zip)
Sound card is RME Fireface UFX.
When i adjust channel gain by knob at XTC front panel - it some time does not synchronise with totalmix (every some seconds), and totalmix returns gain at XTC to previous value.
This problem is with Totalmix v 1.35 and 1.4 rc1
There are no problems with totalmix 1.31 and driver driver_usb_win_1093 and driver_madiface_win_09573.

Current driver is 1.098 with TM FX 1.40 inside.

There is same problem with 1.098. I can make a video with a problem.

Are you sure your TM FX says '1.40' in the about dialog? How is MIDI connected between UFX and XTC?

Yes, it is 1.40 in the about dialog. I Connect XTC by USB to PC, and UFX is also connected to USB, it is USB-midi control

We checked and can not reproduce any problem. Maybe a video will indeed help if it shows all the details of the configuration and settings.

Well, that video is of no help.

What are the exact settings on the computer (Settings dialog)? What are the exact settings in the XTC (menus)?

Also you might have an audio problem that you didn't notice so far - plugging one of both units into a different USB port (driven from a different USB bus) might also change the remote behavior.

How many more devices are plugged into USB? Anything suspicious, like WiFi, Bluetooth, another remote?

Can you change to normal MIDI cabling to check that at least that one works?

I just tried to change connection to all other usb-ports, not have a effect.
I just tried to disconnect all other usb hardware, not have a effect.
I don't have midi-cables at this time, always used USB-control more than 2 years with all previous driver versions, and all worked excellent.

That looks good. Please post the Settings dialog of the UFX and XTC (both driver tabs) too. And from the first pic: Tab MIDI please.

Also: is MIDI Control enabled in Options of TM FX? It's not necessary if you only use the Aux Device control.

Midi control in options is not enabled.
I use only control of 1 XTC, dont have any other controllers, if you mean that.

Just tried to use latest beta. There is same problem in it. It is not solved.

I don't know, what happened, but all became work good, when i just bought second XTC)
