At the moment I have more stability.
Only the UFX+ connected to USB3.
ADI-2 Pro connected to USB2 and working now in "stereo mode".
I kept an USB Bluetooth Adapter out of the setup.
Now I need to test this a while and reenable multiple-channel mode.
EDIT 21:45
Reenabled "multi channel mode" on ADI2-Pro. No issues.
I connected now ICY USB3 4-port hub to USB3 without anything connected to it. No issues.
Connected BluRay USB Adapter to ICY USB3 Hub. Here again issues
Kept USB3 Hub empty, connected BlueRay USB Adapter to USB2 front port on the computer case.
In USB Diagnosis I see 1 | 0 | 0 error after 7 Minutes, but no issues !
Cubase Playback via Phones over ADI-2 Pro stays now stable (even with Blue Ray adaper on USB2 front-port)
I have a certain feeling that the errors were related
- to my cabling of ADI-2 Pro via USB extension cable to USB3
- connecting also the ADI-2 Pro to USB3
So its possible, one only needs to be careful
- not to overload or disturb USB3
- best not to use USB extension cables for recording interfaces
- with some USB devices like USB bluetooth adapters
- ensure to use the same ASIO buffer sizes for each of the RME devices using the same ASIO driver
From my side this issue is SOLVED, thanks for your kind help Matthias.
It runs now stable since a longer time even with the BlueRay USB adaper in the front.
