This is a wrong description of the behaviour. See below.

Such a feature does not exist and will not come. Most probably this is the reason for some confusion - you tried something that is not available.
kayuey wrote:- I cannot save dual EQ as a preset.
Sure you can.
kayuey wrote:- I can only create dual EQ in Parametric EQ screen.
With Dual EQ On you get a whole menu page 'Parametric EQ L' and another one 'Parametric EQ R' in the second line of the I/O menu.
Please note that one can get easily confused if the top title is overlooked. Activating the Dual EQ in Line Out will not activate it for Phones or IEM Out.
kayuey wrote:- It is extreammly easy to accendtially turn off Dual EQ.
Yes, but it makes a lot of sense this way. Let me explain:
- You activate Dual EQ by getting into the I/O menu (see above). In the graphical screen you now now longer have EQ Enable ON/OFF, but also L and R. You select which channel you want to edit and do so.
- After that you save the EQ as Preset. This is done by entering the EQ menu again, the current Preset is now 'Temp'. Do NOT turn encoder 2. Push encoder 2 one time to navigate down and enter the 'Save Preset to' line. Now turn encoder 2 to select a suitable preset slot.
To make this very easy to handle, loading a standard EQ will automaticall turn off Dual EQ in the Settings menu. Loading a Dual EQ Preset will automatically enable Dual EQ. Otherwise the whole thing would be much too cumbersome.
Note that after selecting a Preset with a Dual EQ content you can go into the Settings menu, turn off Dual EQ, and immediately going back to EQ will now show the Dual EQ Preset as normal one, with the content of the former left channel only. One needs to reload said Preset to get back the Dual EQ data. I don't know a way to handle this differently.
Hope this helps. Researching this topic we found one small issue that we will fix shortly, it might have added to the confusion.
