Topic: What does USB Diagnosis mean?
Hi,
In my MADIface Series Settings USB Diagnosis it shows for example 8|9|0.
I think normal would be 0|0|0
What does these numbers stand for, what do they mean?
Thanks, TvS

It means that your USB 3 is faulty and causes drop outs. Try a different USB 3 port and other/shorter USB cables. Also maximize the ASIO buffer size in the Settings dialog and avoid sample rates higher than 48 kHz.
Thanks,
Are there any 3m usb cables you could recommend? I tried some and had the feeling one works better than the other, but non without any dropouts...
