Topic: Problem with output 7/8

i have problems with PAN in my UCX
i checked all the outputs in totalmix and all is ok. But in my headphones the pan its not correct.
Do you know how can i factory reset all the outputs?
im using Ableton Live for output 7 8 and its working good.
or how can i reset the hardware ?

TM FX -> Options -> Reset Mix -> Total Reset

And if your DAW supports ADM, then additionally:
TM FX -> Options -> Reset Mix -> Set Inputs Mono and Outputs Stereo (ADM)

its not working....

in Total Mix te Pan is Center Ok with levels but in the jack output 7/8 i hear only 50%  for Channel 7.

Hello,

the issue isn't quite clear - do you also see different levels in Totalmix?
There is a Reset in the Options menu.

I have the same problem. Although the levels in TM are the same I get only 50% on Channel 7. When I route to 1/2 everything is fine.

If TM FX shows correct levels then the interface output seems defecrtive and needs repair.
