Topic: Loose volume encoder

Hi everyone, I just picked up a new ADI-2, which is fantastic sound-wise.

However, the volume encoder seems very loose, to the point that it clicks in and out when the volume is adjusted.  To be clear, this is unrelated to the push function of the encoder.

You will see that I pulled on it showing the issue, then pushed the button, then did both, showing there are effectively three positions.  Please can you let me know whether you have found similar issues.

The encoders have a bit tolerance so they can be turned and pushed, which enables some to do what you do (pulling them out with an audible click). Others don't. This doesn't mean they are broken or will work differently.
