Topic: PCI MADI Driver 64 bit - Bug report : MIDI Output mismatch

Hello,

I am running Windows XP 64 bit and use the latest 3.07.1 driver dated 08/09/2008 for my MADI PCI card. Runs just fine, except that MADI Midi Port 2 is Physically connected to Midi Port 1! Could that be taken care of in a forthcoming release?

Thomas

You mean your MIDI breakout cable is not labelled correctly?

Nope. It is correctly labelled as I 'just' changed the OS on the same PC without touching the cables. Of course I did double-check before posting here.

Re: PCI MADI Driver 64 bit - Bug report : MIDI Output mismatch

To be very precise, I used to send MTC on MADI Midi Port 1 (Host is Sequoia - Receiving end is a DM2000). After upgrading the OS & loading the 64 bit driver, I now need to route MTC through MADI Midi Port 2 (software), however Port 1 (physical) is still connected to the DM2000 (I did not change the cables of course).
At the time of writing, I need to finish a project so I did not make extensive testing, sorry. All I can say is that the Midi Port 2 stream is sent to Port 1 cable. Can you reproduce this?

After further investigation, it appears Sequoia .ini files were corrupted. We are back to normal. Apologizes for the inconvenience & thanks again for a swift response/interest
