Does anyone know what the USB Diagnosis Codes mean?

USB transport errors, MC told in a posting that any number != 0 is bad.

Going out of my mind here. Trying to get this UFX+ installed and working properly before tomorrow. Tried Thunderbolt. No go.

I'm sure the Sonnet card will sort out the USB, but it's a few days away. Can't understand why TB 3 to 2 isn't working

CRC errors could indicate issues with the cable.
I would try another one, 3m is maximum length for USB3.
I am using 3-times shielded USB3 premium cables from Lindy for ~€22, which are good.

Try all USB3 ports, maybe some ports (from either chipset or 3rd party USB chip) are better than the other.

If CRC errors do not go away, try an USB2 port for the time being  (then without MADI) until the Sonnet arrives.

Pls check on the UFX+
Push "Setup" knob, then -> Options -> Interface Mode -> Is this set to the default "Auto" ?
