Topic: [Solved] UFX+ not recognized by Surface Pro 4

Good morning everyone:

My DAW computer is in the shop and I am temporarily using my Surface Pro 4 (which runs Windows 10 64 bit). I installed the drivers and software and I can see the totalmix software panel, but it is not recognized. I can't switch from the internal sound card to the UFX.

Any thoughts / suggestions?

Thanks!
Peter

Did you install the USB driver? There is also a Thunderbolt driver, but this won't work when you connect with USB.

Hello!

Have you set up a WDM Device?
In the Driver Settings Tab, under WDM Devices section, click on "Configure.."
There, you can set up I/O for Windows!
