Topic: FF800 and Totalmix
Anyone have a bug where your hardware input is set to goto a specfic hardware output, and all of a sudden it sends itself to another hardware output as well?
I'm using Nuendo 12 on Win 10.
Thanks.

as in total mix is receiving a midi signal?
Midi is turned off in Total Mix.
Sounds like ADM control, with Nuendo doing this (if the faders equal that routing). Otherwise it might even be software monitoring.
I just turned off ASIO monitoring in Total Mix, I'll see if that helps.
i need direct monitoring enabled, so its a bad workaround. I took a video of it happening. Can I forward it somewhere?
Any help would be appreciated.
If you insist on ADM then you should not use mono Outputs in TM FX: Options, Reset Mix - click on 'Set inputs mono / outputs stereo (ADM).
But you could also check if the issue still exists with the latest TM FX version 1.77:

Can I use 1.77 with a FF800? I stopped updating because I thought I was stuck at 1.60
You can also use 1.78:
