satisfied RME totalmix user, currently using a fireface ucx. however i've never had a strong grasp of on how the software and hardware outputs operate. in the past i've had a tech come to my studio and arrange the matrix in totalmix to route my DAW's and 2 sets of monitors. recently however, it has come to pass that the audio output is coming into totalmix but the none of the software or hardware faders have any effect on volume in any sense. i can still hear audio from my DAW's master bus and ASIO out, but the software playback out and the hardware playback out have virtually no effect. i'm guessing that the malfunction is due to a mixup in the matrix routing but i'm not sure, any suggestions are welcome. thx
