Topic: Firmware update to 2023-03-24 release, UCX is crashed with all leds on

Hi,

Yesterday I updated my UCX Firmware to latest release (dated 2023-03-24). Everything went right during flashing process. When finished, I plugged the UCX off and on and ... all leds turned on, green leds blinking.

I use a PC with Windows 10 pro, UCX driver is 1.224.
If I connect it to another PC with same driver and  OS : same malfunction.
If I connect it to my wife's Mac Pro ... ditto !

If I disconnect the USB port, the UCX seams tp work : the channel's green light turns on when I send an audio signal into it.
The UCX is not intensively used and is only 2 years old (february 2021).

Any clue, anyone ?

Hello all,

Same problem here !!!!!!
Card is not recognized from system anymore !!!!!!!! Windows 10 pro x64, driver 1.227.
Please tell me what can I do? What is happening ?

The flash update is bricking UCX's - would you consider posting this in the other thread too? Might help get RME's attention, they need to pull this update imo
