Topic: Replaced my lost IR Remote for use with ADI-2w Pro FS

Are there instructions activating my new RME IR Remote with a ADI-2 Pro FS? I am having trouble with this. Is there a required firmware version? Instructions?

ADI-2 Pro FS or ADI-2 Pro FS R BE?

ADI-2 Pro FS has no support for remote, see

The instruction is at the back of the remote.

No, there is no support for remote, the IR sensor came with the later model ADI-2 Pro FS R BE.
This is a HW requirement, it can't be added by firmware, so, no way.

Yes, ramses, you are correct.

His signature mentioned adi-pro fs, and in his another post, he already knew that he might be bought it wrong, just wonder if he didn't quote the model right, (his topic is lost
IR remote), then I ask him to check the back of the remote see if he didn't SEL setting it correctly .....
