The cable lays much better compared to the much more expensive corning optical cable and is less expensive.

I bought a 2nd one for USB2 (should be compatible) to also connect the ADI-2 Pro via USB.

With the 3 m active extension cable as base, I can get any required length between 3.5 and 6 m adding a normal USB3 cable of 0.5 - 3 m length.

Thanks to the one mentioning this cable here on forum. It is much better than the corning optical cable, which is from a handling perspective a catastrophe and creates plenty of ugly cable loops on the floor. Even worse, the corning cable for around €150 was not working anymore after only 3-4 months of use (without any stress on the cable).
