That is a known limitation of the DC detect filter. For such specific measurements simply set DC Filter to Off. When measuring this should be done anyway to not influence the very low frequency output of the DAC.

I am new here and enjoy my (great!!!) RME ADI-2 DAC FS since 2 weeks, there for mybe I missed the following information
How / where can I check the Firmware version of my ADI to see if the update is required?
When I switch it on, it shows RME Ver.48. Is this what should be Ver.50?

The driver is needed for the Windows version to work.
But:
Don’t install the driver just for the FW update if your system works fine as it is.
NEVER CHANGE A RUNNING SYSTEM – which the driver does.
Use another machine for the FW update if you have that option.

I have a admittingly very silly question - but would there ever be another update to the firmware of the 2-DAC to add Purple to the color scheme of volume matrix? Currently I use Amber (or orange) but man I'd love to see Purple. Ok, feel free to mute me now ha!
RME ADI-2 Pro AE is frequently interrupted when playing music by connecting to USB!!
(Firmware is the final version, Replace USB Cable with Wireworld brand)
(Meridan's Diretor USB DAC & ADI-2 DAC are no problem when used under the same conditions)

- OS: Windows 11 (Version : 22H2)
- PC maker : HP ENVY Desktop

- RAM : 16G (DDR4 3200MHz)

Noticed a bug with the "mute" functionality. It doesnt work with DSD128(2x) files.
Works fine with flac file 24bit/96Khz.

Thank you for the information. It would be very nice indeed if we can save or load the settings with a computer, also naming each setting at the computer is a wonderful feature if it works in that way.
I am certain that "idiot proof" is not possible.
