all of a sudden my right XLR output on the BBF stopped working.
output level display is showing correct.
Headphone output is working correct.
I'm afraid it's some hardware thing.
Out of warranty of course .
any idea ?
Swapped cables to make sure it's this specific output? If so, please contact the retailer or local distributor for service options.
Sent the BBF to my retailer to get an RMA. quote for repair is 432 euros !!!
No other explanation. I think that's ridiculous. What if it is a component failure from the manufacturer.
I mean, I own several RME and other interfaces. I have 30 years of experience in digital hardware. I know how to deal with this and I don't remember I abused the BBF
...out of warranty...
What is your expectation for repair ?
for me, out of warranty means I get to look inside the box 
although, I've read posts that opening up a BBF isn't as easy to the uninitiated as it may appear
You can lift off the big wheel knob with two credit cards,
The rubber feet are glued over the holes where the screws are, simple philips screwdriver.

Where exactly did you send the BF Pro to? Got a serial number?
