Topic: Click om frist 8 indputs UFX

Hi folks
I have been using RME interfaces for Many years, now use ufx. Never had any problems, before now.
I have startet to experience small clicks om the frist 8 indput channels, even when nothing is Connected? ( happens once every minute or so )
Anyone had this issue? Please help :-)

pops and clicks can be caused by total different reasons.
Mac or PC ?
Driver version ?
Firmware version ?

Is this clicking visible in Totalmix ?
Is it on all 8 input channels at the same time one click on all channels or is it clicking randomly on these 8 channels ?

Can be symptom of a dying internal PSU, may you contact the service partner near you.

Does this also happen without a connection to the computer?

So... same time? Or randomly?

However... i had a similar behavior a few months ago:
Random clicks on different channels, also visible in TMFX.

The reason was: My Unit was connected through a USB Docking Station (or Hub), where different other devices (HDDs, etc)  were connected, too. Maybe it was related due to insufficent power or bandwidth...

-> I changed the the Unit's USB connection to another USB Bus of the Host - Problem was gone.
