Hi.

When I installed the latest USB 09827 driver for my Windows 10, everything works fine on Windows side but the RME ASIO driver isn't showing/detected in my ASIO list in DAWs or other audio programs.
Also when I run DigiCheck, it opens an empty window for about 3 seconds then disappears. Latest DigiCheck 5.96.

I have the latest UFX+ firmware for my AKM Revision, latest Windows 10 updates. I installed the drivers how I've always installed the drivers, tried re-installing about 3 times while turning off UFX+ & resetting PC in between. Powered off UFX+ & my PC. I also re-downloaded the USB driver in case it got corrupted the 1st time but still no luck. Also tried a different USB port with same results, & tried putting UFX+ in CC mode then back to USB3 mode but it didn't help.

I reverted back to USB driver version 09801 which I installed the same way, & everything is normal again including DigiCheck 5.95 & 5.96, & on the same USB port that wasn't working for 09827. I've updated my UFX+ USB drivers numerous times on this same PC with same Windows 10 & haven't ever had anything like this happen.

Just trying to confirm if it's something on my end or if it's a bug in 09827 drivers, which is hard to believe considering RME's excellent drivers reputation, & also considering that I haven't seen any others with this issue. I haven't changed/installed any new hardware, & can't recall changing anything major on software side. I only updated Windows after I was having these issues with 09827 drivers as I thought I might be missing some Windows Updates but no luck after updating.

I have no problem staying with my currently working 09801 driver but would still like to know what's going on with the latest 09827 driver & if it's something on my end or not. Suggestions or advice please?
