Just opened the box for the UCX 2 I purchased in February.
Installed, connected ADAT to the 'in', downloaded the latest drivers (and Drivekit) and can't hear any audio.
On a Mac, OSX 13.6.6.
Set system audio to the Fireface but no audio.
Plugged headphones into the 'Phones' jack on the front of the unit, no audio.
I can SEE there's audio in the meters in TotalMix (see screenshot), and I can hear audio when I plug in the 1/4" 1 and 2 outputs on back to my monitors but can't hear anything in the headphones.

In my DAW, I'm able to set the input to the ADAT 4 where my microphone is plugged in, record audio into the DAW but, again, no audio.
Went to the 'Audio MIDI setup' app in mac and was able to do a test on the 'configure speakers' and I can SEE that test in the levels in Totalmix but, again, no audio.

Kind of stressing here as I've switched out my UA Apollo for this unit and am starting to think this upgrade was a mistake.
Got a session on Thursday (it's Tuesday) and I'd like everything to be ready by then.
