Topic: [Solved] UCXII display issue

Hi there!
A few days ago I bought an RME UCXII interface. When I turned on the first time, the display worked fine, but after I installed the new firmware the display only lighting in white and nothing happens. Is it possible somehow to get the previous firmware to check if it occurs the problem? I contacted the distributor, but they cannot change the item, 'cause it is not a factory error.

Do you have Mac or Windows?
In case of a Mac, what kind of a Mac?

What does the Firmware update tool show when you start it now? Which version numbers are shown?

You can try to flash it again on a different computer, preferably with a different USB cable.

I have Win 11, I tried on different computer, different cable, flashed again. The problem is the same.

Who's the distributor? If an exchange isn't possible, the retailer or local distributor can certainly arrange a warranty repair.

In Hungary, the official distributor is the "bluesound kft". I bought it from an other local store, but they did not offered me anything. I will wait until tomorrow, and ask for repair.

The version numbers look ok, but the white screen is not, obviously.
I just tested the Firmware updater with a new UCX II and all is fine. It must be unfortunate hardware fault on your device.
I recommend you contact the distributor for service (warranty) options.

Only display problem. The sound is okay, inputs outputs, headphones okay. totalmix okay.

The problem solved, the distributor changed the interface. The new one works perfectly. Amazing product.
