Double post .. ok so I reply here *sigh*
Make a backup of your TM FX workspace.
Then you have these options:
1. restoring a backup of your TM FX workspace where it still worked (in case you make backups of your workspace)
2. reset TM FX and retry whether it makes a difference, you can restore the backup of TM FX workspace later
In case, you have good admin skills for your computer setup and a proven disaster recovery strategy...
- backup current state 1st to be able to come back to here, best OS and user data / settings (of the WHOLE system)
- restore the system to a day when everything still worked ok
If also TotalMix FX / the unit works as expected, then you most likely have no HW problem and could think about perhaps staying in this state and only restoring user data.
But I do not know your admin skill, or how well you are prepared to handle such situations. Do it on your own risk...
EDIT: Most likely the issue is ... see next posting #4
