Hi Folks,

try to get Jack working with my Soundcard Hammerfall Multiface I on Ubuntustudio 9.10

Card is recognized, hdspmixer is working fine. When trying to connect Jack I get following Error message:

Solved, Card is working fine now. Don't know exactly what I did, messed around with settings in Jack, switched to 48000 (perhaps that was the reason), gave more Memory for Audio, etc.

Still have some xruns from time to time, but most the time it's stable.

You probably changed the capture channel to 18 for anyone who's still struggling.

Now I'm wondering how you got the RME to play nice with Ubuntu Studio 9.10. Jack and others see it but I have the host error light on. Any ideas?
