Topic: About International service omission

Hi, I'm a RME user from Turkey
and my FF400's firewire chip died in October '09 and I've sent my card to TR Distributor(BL Muzik/ www.blmuzik.com) to send it to factory of RME in Germany.
My card never came back for 10 months.. RME service mailed to BL Muzik: " we've fixed it and we will send it back." about 6 months ago.
But my card is in Germany at the moment and i'm waiting for new order to come.

My Card's serial number: 22620683

If anyone  who's in charge in customer service reads this, please contact me?

Or I'll  never be an RME user anymore..

Hi again,
BL Muzik said that their orders are on the way and my ff400 is in that order.
my card will be here in about 2 week.
but they said that you had forgotten to put my card in their previous order so it delayed for 5-6 months extra,
and you are always delaying the orders for some issues about factory or something else.
They are blaming you and you are blaming who?

You know i am running a production studio,
I cant go on anymore without my rme. and have no more money for spending for new ADs..

And RME should know that, I will not pay for repair to them..
I was ok with 5-6 months but.. almost 1 year.

I am sorry.

Andreas from RME called me 2 days ago, and told that they will send my ff400 via UPS and I'll not pay for anything.
Now I'm waiting for RME to send my device to me than my UPS tracking number.

My card is now in my hand.
Andreas packed it 13 Oct. and I got it today 15 Oct.
