Topic: About International service omission
Hi, I'm a RME user from Turkey
and my FF400's firewire chip died in October '09 and I've sent my card to TR Distributor(BL Muzik/ www.blmuzik.com) to send it to factory of RME in Germany.
My card never came back for 10 months.. RME service mailed to BL Muzik: " we've fixed it and we will send it back." about 6 months ago.
But my card is in Germany at the moment and i'm waiting for new order to come.
My Card's serial number: 22620683
If anyone who's in charge in customer service reads this, please contact me?
Or I'll never be an RME user anymore..
