Topic: Fireface and Alesis AI2

Hello,

My fireface 800 doesn't clock an Alesis Ai-2. I connect WC by BNC, the fireface lock the signal but don't sync. Cable is a short Canare 75 Ohms. I also have an alesis HD24XR who clock perfectly the AI-2.

Please, help me.

What exactly does this refer to? Which way is the BNC connection?

The BNC connection is :

WC out AI2 ---> WC in fireface. I actually use a T on the fireface input for clocking an Alesis HD24XR but i've the same problem without a T.

About the lock/sync :
the clock light in the fireface flash and don't stay on. The status on the fireface settings tab is "lock" for the WC input but not "sync".

Have you set the FF to Autosync? WHich driver version is installed?

I use v3.028 for the driver and v2.77 for the firmware.
The FF is set on word.
