Topic: Fireface ufx clicks on the first 8 analog inputs

I have this problem for a while, and couldn't find a solution, or my unit is wrong.

It's the same in standalone mode too. Latest driver/firmware/totalmix.

Any suggestion? Is it some firmware thing, or the unit is defective?

My opinion is that hardware is faulty.

Some official word on this would be very good for me. As the ufx is the "heart" of our production right now, I really need to know what to do. If I send it back, that will surely take a few weeks till I get the unit back, which is huge time for us right now, but if I have to, I'll do that. Can someone from rme take a short look at the video and tell me what can possibly cause this symptom?

This unit definitely needs warranty service, please contact your local distributor.
