does anybody know, what cable do i need to buy? I am using i-mac-27 that has firewire800 9-pin input, but how much pins has firewire800 input of Fireface800?

Could you please answer, is thear any difference between cheap FW 9pin cable , and for example original fw800 9pin cable?
Your iMac and your Fireface 800 both have Firewire 800 ports so buy a good quality FW800 to FW800 cable. The IEEE 1394 specification recommends 4.5 metres maximum length ( 14'-9" ). Your local pro audio dealer or Mac store should have this cable in stock
Cheap analog cable will still deliver audible audio. Cheap digital cable can only drop data
