Topic: Inputs Doubled RME HDSPe MADI FX

Hi,
I have to set a DAW for an academic project  (measurements with a microphone array).
I'm going to describe my setup.

1 Lynx Aurora 16 + L-slot MADI
2 Presonus Preamp 8 channel
1 Rme HDSPe MADI FX
Pc Win7

The Presonus preamp are input in the Aurora
The Aurora is connected to the Rme madi fx via MIDI
The Aurora MADI I/O are connected to the Rme MADI3 I/O via BNC.

Everything is ok, The Aurora is sync with RME.

I routed che I/O channels withTotalMX but I noted that every input is doubled. For example:
Aurora input channel 1 is replicated in 1/2 and 3/4 RME input channels.

Do you know which could be the reason?
I hope I've explained well the situation.

Sounds like the Aurora is running at 96k and the MADI card at 48k.

Thank you for your answer! It's exactly like you said, now the rme MADI card and the Aurora work perfectly!
