Topic: No Sound from Total mix / Babyface pro FS

Hello, I have had my Babyface for about 3 1/2 years and my much smarter friend setup the Totalmix "Template" I have used since.
Last night I got a new mic and was having trouble getting sound, So I did a full reset of Totalmix.

Im now getting a signal in the input and it will record me.
BUT the headphones are dead, no sound at all.
Im not sure if I am not understanding the routing???

I have been watching every RME tutorial for the last 4 hours and im at my wits end.
If anyone has any ideas please help! Thank You.

Each hw output has an individual routing / submix.

In TM FX submix mode:
1. select a hw output
2. move hw input (top) and sw playback fader (middle) to get the desired submix.
